What carriers do you use?
For UK mainland orders we use Hermes for our standard delivery option and Parcelforce for expedited deliveries. For outlying areas we use a range of carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes and Parcelforce.
How quickly will I receive my goods?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Most carriers take 2-3 working days to deliver to UK mainland and expedited services take 1-2 working days. For Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland deliveries take 3-5 working days.
What if we have a problem with delivery?
Please allow enough time for the carrier to deliver before contacting us. If you are still having issues, please contact us via the contact us with your order number and address and we will look into the issue with the carrier and come back to you.
What is your returns policy?
For returns, please ensure that you notify us via the contact us page. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Items must be sent back in new condition (unwashed), complete with original packaging, tags and card inserts.
We offer a generous 30 day return policy for all unwanted goods. It is your responsibly to pay the return costs but we will refund any outgoing post for standard services.
If your item is faulty in any way or you have received an incorrect item, please notify us via the contact us page and we will respond to your query.
